Services

Our main goal at Northern Tree is to make your yard feel like a home or adding a barrier for privacy. We can bring you a tree that is already several years old and 8 to 20 feet tall or taller, we can add beauty and shade in a matter of hours instead of years.

LARGE TREE MOVING

We have 5 tree spades – 90″ – 65″ – 45″ is a trailer spade and a 38″ spade that attaches to our skidsteer. We provide services for Golf Courses, Government Agencies, motels, subdivisions or residential areas.

YOUR TREES OR OURS

We have a selection of trees located at the office, however we deal with many property owners and ensure you get the right tree for your yard.

RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL

No job is too big or too small! We regularly move trees for private individuals along with larger companies such as schools, the State of Michigan, motels, golf courses, government agencies, etc.

WARRANTY

We offer a one year warranty on all our tree moving services, provided sufficient amount of water was provided and proper care. See store for full details.

TREE TRIMMING/REMOVAL

We can trim your trees by hand, climb or with our bucket truck for all your tree trimming needs. Trimming is very important in order to maintain the health and appearance of the trees on your property. This is mainly done by removing dead and damaged branches, thinning to reduce weight and/or wind resistance and maintain inner branches.

We perform removal of trees requiring technical aerial work. To remove a tree with very valuable property nearby requires special equipment and techniques. We have the skills and equipment to handle most removals. We are also fully insured for your protection and ours.

VIEW AND LOT CLEARING

Whether you are building a home or would just like to improve your view, we have the equipment to clear out your lot or trim your trees for a better view.

LANDSCAPE MATERIAL

Here at Northern Tree Transplanting, Inc. we do carry some landscaping material. We offer mulch, wood chips, black dirt, drainstone, potato stone and afton road mix.

SNOWPLOWING

Northern Tree offers residential and commercial snow plowing and salt/sanding of driveways.
